Russell Crossroads Windmill

Russell Lands is a big part of our community and it's always great to work with them.

I recently got a chance to repaint the water tank on the windmill at the entrance to Russell Crossroads. It had some issues with a clear that was flaking and peeling, so that would need to be sanded and scrapped off and then repainted.

The tank is actual made of metal but painted to look like wood with distressed aged lettering. Russell Lands has a distinct brand or image and this thing had to look like it belonged. It couldn't look like a amusement park ride as that would fit with the brand. I think i was successful in making it look unique and not out of place with it's surroundings.
